I aim to keep this process as simple and transparent as possible.
Below, you’ll find information about session fees, payment, and what to expect moving forward.
Payment & Insurance
I am in-network with many insurance plans. Before we meet, I will verify your benefits and help you understand your coverage, including any out-of-pocket costs.
If I am not in-network with your plan, sessions are offered on a private pay basis. I’m also happy to provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Session Fees
Sessions are 50 minutes in length.
The standard fee for an individual session is $125.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your care will cost.
Under the No Surprises Act, providers are required to give clients who are not using insurance an estimate of expected charges.
You can request a Good Faith Estimate at any time before or during treatment.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when possible.
Late cancellations may be subject to a $50 fee, though I always encourage you to reach out if something comes up.
